This concept vehicle was shown in 2001 at the Tokyo Motor Show and was never put into commercial production. Toyota's POD car was designed with artificial intelligence technologies capable of performing basic activities like creating shopping lists and playing music, as well as the ability to detect and respond to the emotions of the driver and express it's own feelings. The Toyota Pod car has been featured in the Gran Turismo Concept game. |
